About the Role
This Adviser position operates within the Agency Performance and System Support team, responsible for overseeing the performance of external service providers across the Wimmera South West Area in the West Division. The primary duties include implementing and monitoring the Agency Monitoring Framework, managing local service agreements, and gathering and maintaining performance data. The role also contributes to the development of new projects, service pathways, and place-based initiatives while supporting existing programs.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the management of service agreements and target objectives for funded activities, providing input on budget amendments and updating agreements in the department’s service management system.
- Engage with funded organizations to communicate service agreement expectations and ensure adherence to the Agency Monitoring Framework requirements.
- Apply consultation strategies to identify, monitor, and mitigate risks with funded organizations and promote service improvement initiatives.
