About the Role

As Advanced Product Manager for Software Retail Solutions, you will manage the evolution of the Vynamic Self-Service platform utilized daily by millions worldwide. Collaborate across international teams, customers, and stakeholders to craft product strategies and drive innovative software features in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle management of Vynamic Self-Service software products.
• Develop and refine the product vision, strategic plans, and roadmaps to guide software innovation.
• Conduct market analysis, assess customer needs, monitor technology trends, and review competitor strategies.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business and user requirements into executable product initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with agile development teams to ensure alignment of goals and timely delivery.
• Coordinate requirements and priorities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide functional and technical expertise to support customer projects.
• Prepare business cases and contribute to pricing and portfolio management strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
• Lead initiatives related to AI and Smart Vision feature innovations.
• Support product launches and collaborate on go-to-market activities with sales teams.

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in software product management.
• Proven track record managing software products through all lifecycle phases from concept to retirement.
• Strong comprehension of software and hardware integration in complex product environments.
• Experience developing and implementing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Skilled in capturing and prioritizing requirements using Jira.
• Experience working closely with agile development teams.
• Direct experience managing customer requirements and relationships in a B2B setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and AI-supportive tools.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
