Job Overview

The role of Admission Officer involves driving the admissions process by executing varied marketing strategies and establishing strong relationships with educational stakeholders and the community. The candidate will be responsible for successfully enrolling students through effective communication and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve continuous student admissions by organizing and implementing Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing initiatives, including hosting seminars at schools, public seminars around town, and targeted residential areas within a designated zone.
• Support business growth targets through regular visits to schools to meet with principals, coordinators, and management personnel to foster educational partnerships.
• Provide an exceptional counseling experience during home visits by engaging students and their parents to facilitate admission closure.
• Leverage local educational networks by collaborating with tuition instructors to enhance enrollment opportunities.
• Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and standard procedures throughout the admission process.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary within the range of 30,000 to 38,000 INR.
