Job Overview
Join as a Junior Counselor focused on MBA/PGDM admissions in Kolkata, near Acropolis Mall. The role offers a fixed monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 along with performance-based bonuses.

The organization operates across various sectors including education, pharmaceuticals, and infrastructure through entities like Creation India (Infrastructure), B-School Insight (Education), and Aadhunic Services (Education). It provides a stable work environment, salary disbursed on the last working day of each month, and mediclaim insurance after one year. PF and gratuity are currently not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise prospective students about MBA and PGDM programs.
- Understand candidates’ needs and guide them to appropriate programs.
- Handle inbound/outbound communication via calls, emails, chats, and social media.
- Generate walk-in student prospects and convert leads to admissions.
- Maintain accurate student lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Provide consistent updates and feedback to reporting managers.
- Meet weekly and monthly admission targets in a performance-driven setting.
- Establish strong relationships with students and parents to support admissions.
Candidate Profile
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Adopt a sales-oriented, result-driven approach with effective follow-up techniques.
- Exhibit confidence, professionalism, and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
- Motivated to meet admission targets with strong conviction skills.
- Prior team lead experience is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in MBA/PGDM admissions counseling strongly preferred.
- Background in BBA, B.Tech, regular or online MBA admissions, and education consulting firms preferred.
- Experience with reputed institutions such as Jain University, NMIMS, Symbiosis, ICFAI, or similar enhances candidacy.
- Candidates with experience in B.Tech, MBBS, or Foreign University admissions may also be considered.
