Job Overview
The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for assisting students in choosing courses that align with their career ambitions, managing inquiries, and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to students for course selection based on their professional goals.
- Manage incoming walk-in visits, phone inquiries, and online lead responses.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential students to successfully convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Meet or exceed monthly goals for admissions and associated revenue.
- Clearly communicate details about courses, fees, batch schedules, certifications, and prospective career paths.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with trainers and branch personnel to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with both students and their parents.
