Administration Manager - Hospital Operations

About the Role

Om Hospital is searching for a proactive Hospital Administrator to lead daily operational activities and expand the hospital's influence within surrounding rural communities. This position demands a versatile professional comfortable with both administrative duties within the hospital and outreach activities in the field to foster partnerships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of hospital administration, including coordinating staff and ensuring seamless operation across departments.
• Oversee patient management, front-office services, and maintenance of high service quality standards.
• Handle vendor relations, inventory management, and maintain facility upkeep.
• Keep detailed records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage regularly with Rural Medical Practitioners (RMPs) through meetings and relationship building to establish effective referral networks.
• Organize community and rural health camps, managing logistics, staffing, equipment, and patient follow-up activities.
• Evaluate health camp results and convert screenings into increased patient visits to the hospital.
• Lead business development by identifying opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with clinics, laboratories, corporate entities, and insurers within nearby towns and villages.
• Set and pursue outreach and revenue goals on a monthly basis to support hospital growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree; preferably MBA in Hospital Administration, MHA, MHM, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in hospital administration, medical operations, or healthcare business development.
• Excellent communication abilities, comfortable engaging with rural healthcare practitioners and conducting meetings.
• Proficient spoken Telugu and functional English; knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.
• Willing and able to travel locally for meetings and health camp events.
• Possession of a two-wheeler or personal transportation preferred for field assignments.
