About the Role
Programmed Energy and Resources seeks an experienced Administration Assistant to support one of our key mining clients in Muswellbrook. You will deliver high-quality and timely administrative aid to the site and promote a cooperative team environment by maintaining open and honest communication.
Key Duties
- Manage extensive diary and email scheduling
- Engage with stakeholders throughout various projects
- Prepare meeting agendas and proofread documents
- Track and assist with projects and format large documents
- Attend meetings to take detailed and accurate minutes
- Prepare and arrange correspondence and coordinate document workflows
- Assist Directors proactively with calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Organize internal and external meetings or training sessions, including booking venues, ordering catering, inviting stakeholders, and managing calendars
- Coordinate site, offsite, and community event planning
Candidate Profile
- Holds a Certificate III in Business Administration or has comparable experience
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
- Capable of collaborating effectively and managing relationships
- Can provide two professional references
- Willing to undergo an Order 45 Health Assessment
