Verra Mobility is a worldwide road safety technology organization partnering with government bodies and enforcement authorities across various international markets. Our technology captures and processes data related to road safety incidents. The operations team’s role involves meticulously reviewing this information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable program rules.
Position Overview
We are seeking an Adjudication Analyst to become part of our International Operations team, working onsite at our client’s office in Darwin City, Northern Territory. This is a full-time, permanent role with standard hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review and process incidents captured by photo-enforcement technology.
- Apply business procedures and regulations to determine case outcomes.
- Address public inquiries professionally, providing clear communication and exercising sound judgment.
- Keep precise records within business and client databases.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and service standards, while contributing to reporting and continual process enhancements.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants will have background experience in administrative processing, government services, banking, insurance claims, compliance, records management, customer operations, or data handling. Prior adjudication or enforcement experience is not mandatory.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with aptitude in spotting errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Experience adhering to established procedures, policies, or guidelines.
- Confident and professional communication skills, including managing complex or sensitive interactions.
- Competence in using multiple databases, systems, and structured information formats.
- Organizational skills and effective time management to balance competing demands.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and take accountability for one’s duties.
While having adjudication or enforcement experience and a Certificate IV in Business Administration is a plus, it is not required.
