Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and diligent Ad & Point of Sale (POS) Clerk to join the Bi-Mart team. This role involves managing price adjustments, hanging daily pricing labels, setting Store Promotional Prices (SPPs), monthly post-offs, and ad sales plans. The position also requires conducting Automatic Replenishment System (ARS) and advertisement audits, posting ad signage, facing products, stocking, and completing other tasks assigned by management.

Key Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competence in performing ARS and ad audits to ensure accurate merchandise accounting
• Ability to print and hang daily labels, maintaining merchandise signage, pricing, cleanliness, and neatness
• Punctuality paired with a positive and approachable demeanor
• Capability to prioritize tasks and organize workload effectively
• Problem-solving skills and providing customer-oriented solutions
• Commitment to excellent customer service

Preferred Experience

Experience in bookkeeping, stocking, or retail roles is advantageous. Prior work with well-known retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, or Albertsons is considered a valuable asset.

Work Schedule

Bi-Mart stores operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on weekends from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Hours may fluctuate based on workload and assignments.

Compensation

The role offers an hourly wage between $17.15 and $19.65.
