About the Role

There is a wonderful opportunity to become part of the dedicated team at Anthony Wilding Retirement Village in Christchurch as an Activity and Lifestyle Coordinator. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Candidates must hold a full driver's license and feel comfortable driving a manual transmission vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a variety of recreational, social, craft, and diversional activities tailored for residents.
• Enhance residents' happiness, wellbeing, and overall life quality.
• Collaborate and provide support to team members to foster a cooperative working environment.
• Serve as a vibrant ambassador promoting fun and creativity within the community.
• Facilitate connections among residents to build a strong, engaged community.
