Job Overview
We have multiple openings for the position of Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller based in Chennai, India. This is an on-site role requiring candidates to work from the office and attend night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls related to accounts receivable processes.
- Manage billing and payment follow-ups primarily in physician and hospital billing domains.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year experience as an AR caller is mandatory.
- Experience specifically in physician billing or hospital billing is required.
- Ability to work night shifts as per organizational needs.
Additional Information
- Location: Chennai.
- Package: Up to 500000 INR per annum.
- Notice period: Preference given to immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice.
- Transportation: Both ways cab service is provided for convenience.
