Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable Accounts Manager to join our team at Goldenvalley Homes Private Limited located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in GST, TDS, ROC filings and demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain thorough understanding of GST regulations, TDS compliance, and ROC filing processes.
- Build and nurture long-term trusted client relationships to ensure account loyalty.
- Effectively handle and resolve critical client complaints or service issues with problem-solving skills.
- Manage time efficiently to juggle the requirements across multiple client accounts.
- Analyze data by monitoring account health metrics and preparing presentations of ROI for clients.
