About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with at least 3 years of relevant experience. The position is located in Sector 49, Gurgaon, and follows a six-day work week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping and financial reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, banking functions, cash flow management, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Maintain and generate MIS reports to support management decisions.
- Handle accounting tasks related to e-commerce platforms, with a preference for familiarity with Flipkart and Amazon.
- Prepare monthly financial statements along with budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial variances.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax regulations, including filing returns and managing statutory payments.
- Coordinate effectively with banks, vendors, and customers, utilizing advanced Excel capabilities.
