About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in accounting functions, providing exposure to various financial processes and compliance requirements. Interns will engage in preparing and maintaining financial documents while supporting operational and auditing activities within a remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports with precision.
• Record daily financial transactions and perform bank and ledger reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
• Assist in tax return preparation and filing, adhering to relevant accounting standards and local regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor cash flow dynamics, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and evaluate financial data to pinpoint cost reduction possibilities.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, and provide support in processing payroll for employees.
• Conduct internal audit activities and aid external auditors in review and compliance verification of financial records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to work remotely throughout the internship period.
• Availability to commence the internship between August 31, 2026, and October 5, 2026, is mandatory.
• Commitment for the full six-month duration is required.
• Candidates should possess relevant accounting skills and a keen interest in the finance domain.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• The monthly stipend ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 35,000.
• The role offers a standard workweek of five days.
