About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to engage in various finance-related activities including market analysis and financial modelling. Interns will assist the team in evaluating equity markets, derivatives, and macroeconomic trends. You will support the preparation of investment memos, pitch decks, and earnings reports, track financial news and stock performance using platforms such as TradingView and Investing.com, and assist with portfolio monitoring and performance assessments. The role also involves contributing to research content for training, case studies, and competitions, collaborating with traders to back-test strategies, and participating in trade reviews and performance enhancement sessions.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be able to work from home and start the internship between September 28 and November 2, 2026.
- Availability for a 2-month duration is mandatory.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for finance, trading, and investing; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Recommended academic backgrounds include finance, economics, commerce, BBA, MBA, or related fields.
- A passion for stock markets and trading is essential, along with basic familiarity with Excel, market terminology, and investment platforms.
- Analytical aptitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment are highly valued.

Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranges from INR 6,000 to INR 30,000, structured as a fixed pay of INR 1,000 to INR 25,000 plus an incentive of INR 5,000 per month.
- Upon successful completion and conversion to permanent staff, the salary ranges from INR 450,000 to INR 580,000 annually.
- Additional benefits include a certificate of internship completion, letter of recommendation, flexibility in work hours, and potential job offer.
