Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Recruiter with a proven agency background to join our team. The role involves full-desk recruiting responsibilities, including business development, client relationship management, and candidate placement using advanced recruitment technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new business opportunities by executing strong sales strategies.
• Utilize proprietary applicant tracking software (Jax) and other tools to source and match candidates to client requirements.
• Build and nurture positive relationships internally and externally, leading interactions with kindness and respect.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in an agency recruiting environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes (full-desk recruiting).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets and revenue goals.
• Strong ability to sustain client and candidate relationships.

Preferred Credentials

• Specialization or experience recruiting within Accounting and Finance sectors or similar fields.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn or Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree is favored.
