An established and expanding company in the consumer goods and trade sector near Hanau is seeking a structured, numerically skilled professional to manage financial accounting. This multifaceted role involves full responsibility for operational accounting and contributing actively to a transparent and reliable financial organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle ongoing financial accounting for multiple entities
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in collaboration with external contacts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable including invoice verification
• Coordinate with external tax and financial service providers and support closing activities
• Oversee payment transactions and perform payment runs
• Monitor dunning processes and reconcile open items
• Organize and manage incoming financial and administrative documents
• Support administrative activities in personnel management

Requirements

• Experience in financial accounting, preferably with DATEV or equivalent accounting software
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Strong numerical understanding with a careful and structured approach to work
• Self-reliant, dependable, and communicative personality
• Commercial training or equivalent qualification; professional experience is crucial
