Job Overview

Kasa Ceramics Private Limited is seeking a meticulous and accountable Accountant with a minimum of one year of professional experience. The role involves overseeing daily accounting tasks, billing processes, taxation duties, and maintaining precise financial documentation.

Primary Duties

• Keeping up-to-date and accurate financial accounts and records on a daily basis.
• Creating and managing invoices and bills related to sales and purchases.
• Utilizing Tally software to record and manage accounting entries effectively.
• Handling cash flow and bank operations, including basic reconciliation of bank statements.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable ensures timely transactions.
• Supporting GST, TDS, and other tax-related obligations and filings.
• Organizing and maintaining thorough documentation such as invoices, vouchers, and bills for accounting purposes.
• Conducting standard accounting entries encompassing purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal transactions.
• Assisting in the preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns along with other mandatory compliance requirements.
• Verifying the authenticity and accuracy of bills and associated documents.
• Liaising with vendors, clients, and internal departments concerning billing and payments to resolve issues.
• Generating fundamental accounting reports and financial statements requested by management.
• Guaranteeing punctual and accurate fulfillment of routine accounting operations.
