Marketing Executive

Overview

Kasa Ceramics Private Limited is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive marketing efforts aimed at boosting showroom sales and enhancing brand presence in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves active engagement with various stakeholders in the construction and design industries to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies to elevate showroom sales figures and brand awareness.
• Identify and nurture new business leads by conducting market visits, networking, and leveraging references.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and key customers.
• Perform regular visits to project sites, architectural offices, construction locations, and other related venues to promote products.
• Scout for new projects and commercial opportunities within the designated area.
• Advertise company offerings including products, collections, special promotions, and newly launched items.
• Collaborate closely with the showroom sales team to facilitate lead conversion into final sales.
• Maintain consistent communication with current and potential clients to ensure ongoing business development.
• Stay in touch regularly with architects, designers, builders, and contractors to understand project requirements.
• Comprehend client needs and suggest appropriate tile, sanitaryware, and bath fitting products accordingly.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is from 12,000 to 22,000 INR per month.
