Account Manager

About the Role

The Account Manager is responsible for advancing the company's products and services by developing effective strategies and fostering strong partnerships with current and prospective partners. This role focuses on maximizing sales volumes and supporting promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic plans and roadmaps for the designated product or service line in collaboration with the management team.
• Steer partner relationships aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with existing and new channels or clients to boost sales across the assigned region.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive channel and customer database, conduct data analysis, and assess customer loyalty and new business opportunities.
• Identify market demands for current and upcoming products or services through market research and regular engagement with existing and potential customers.
• Manage the full sales process from preparing quotations through to payment collection.
• Monitor credit performance and outstanding payments, addressing issues promptly to ensure resolution.
• Drive long-term revenue and profitability growth for the product or service portfolio.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market analysis reports aligned with business goals.
• Supervise targeted marketing programs, evaluate progress, and recommend necessary improvements.
• Represent and promote the company and its offerings within the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in sales or account management.
