We firmly believe in the power of truthful storytelling to transform brands, strengthen them, and equip them for future innovation.
Our focus is always on people, both in Germany and worldwide. Join a thriving network and realize your aspirations together with the incredible colleagues that form our team. Key Responsibilities
- Offer proactive strategic and conceptual advice to clients and manage daily project operations.
- Plan, control, and coordinate comprehensive 360-degree campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively within teams, acting as the connection between clients, internal teams, and external agency partners and service providers.
- Craft precise and targeted briefings, and enjoy presenting ideas.
- Ensure adherence to budget constraints and be accountable for project budgeting, billing, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining composure and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least three years of practical experience in an advertising or communications agency.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital communication, and cross-channel campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork aptitude, and empathy.
- Independent, proactive work ethic and strong presentation capabilities.
- Organizational talent with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Enjoy working with process-oriented approaches and maintain budgetary oversight at all times.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.

- Optional experience in the B2B sector is a plus.
Benefits
- Engagement with exciting brands and campaigns with national and international exposure.
- A creative, interdisciplinary team with flat hierarchies.
- Opportunities to contribute to projects from conception through execution.
- Modern workspaces with excellent transport connections.
- Options for mobile and flexible working arrangements.
- Collaborative environment within interdisciplinary teams and access to experts throughout the global Omnicom network.
- Personal growth opportunities through a cross-agency training program featuring interactive workshops.
- Comprehensive onboarding and mentoring during the introduction phase.
- A wide range of additional benefits, including company pension schemes, corporate discounts, meal subsidies, health promotion programs like Urban Sports membership, bike leasing, coaching, and more.
