Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager (m/f/d) for field sales covering the Greater Munich area to further develop our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand our B2B partner and agent network in the field while actively supporting business development throughout Bavaria.
• Maintain effective, long-term, and productive relationships with agents by providing product consultation on Ria/EPS offerings both on-site and over the phone.
• Conduct training sessions directly at partner locations and ensure they receive necessary marketing materials.
• Participate regularly in sales meetings.
• Prepare weekly reports and communicate progress directly to your supervisor.

Candidate Profile

• Initial sales experience, preferably within the money transfer sector or related industries such as telecommunications, call shops, or financial services.
• Experience with cold calling is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and with a results-driven approach.
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license and willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
