Account Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Account Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure smooth execution of creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery. This position, based in Singapore, is full-time and may consider remote candidates with exceptional profiles. Applicants must have legal work rights in Singapore (Singaporean or PR).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily communication with clients and nurture strong professional relationships.
- Interpret client requirements into clear and actionable creative briefs.
- Coordinate project timelines, manage feedback loops, secure approvals, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
- Collaborate closely with creative professionals including designers, editors, and photographers.
- Review creative assets ensuring alignment with briefs and quality benchmarks.
- Participate in developing pitches, creative decks, conceptual ideas, and storyboards.
- Support planning for pre-production activities, photoshoots, and other content creation efforts.
- Perform quick creative adjustments, corrections, or adaptations when necessary.
- Keep project workflows organized, on schedule, and within defined scope.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Background in account management, project management, or creative production roles.
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
- An informed and discerning eye for design, photography, and videography.
- Familiarity with digital creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Knowledge of AI-driven image and video editing tools is advantageous.
- Competency to handle basic creative edits without creating full productions independently.
- A proactive, practical, and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfort managing several client projects simultaneously with confidence.
