Account Manager, CN2EUX ESM

Job Overview

Amazon seeks a proactive and driven Account Manager to join its China team with a focus on growing Chinese sellers’ businesses into new marketplaces. The role involves assisting sellers in quickly and smoothly onboarding these marketplaces by providing necessary business guidance and clearing potential obstacles. Additionally, the Account Manager will ensure sellers adopt internal tools covering logistics, traffic management, and business report analysis to enhance their growth and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Chinese sellers’ entry into new marketplaces by offering guidance and removing barriers to growth.
• Promote adoption of internal tools related to logistics, marketing, and analytics to improve sellers' performance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and engage in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing internal efficiency and seller/customer experience, including initiatives around seller quality, onboarding, and delivery.
• Manage important strategic accounts and well-known brands with complex business needs beyond those of typical sellers.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of professional or military experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and cold-calling companies.
• Fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing sales pipelines using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• A proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
