Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Account Manager to join our Darwin-based sales team. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with existing employer partners, identifying new growth opportunities in novated leasing and salary packaging, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The position requires occasional site visits and emphasizes delivering an effortless experience aligned with our brand promise, "It's easy with Easi."

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads related to novated leasing and salary packaging.
• Educate customers about salary packaging and novated leasing options, ensuring exceptional and straightforward customer service.
• Maintain strong relationships internally and externally to support business objectives.
• Expand Easi membership and novated leasing customers within current employer clients.
• Embody and promote Easi's core values and customer-first approach in all interactions.
