Role Overview
The Account Manager plays an active role in driving growth by overseeing and enhancing the performance of current partners transitioned from Business Development. This role involves actively safeguarding sales, boosting account outcomes, mitigating churn risk, and nurturing strong vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of active brand accounts.
- Track account performance utilizing dashboards and CRM tools.
- Detect early signs of inactivity, poor sales, and churn potential.
- Engage with vendors to initiate corrective measures.
- Enhance overall account performance.
- Clearly document any issues and actions undertaken.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in account management, customer success, vendor relations, partnerships, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to juggle multiple brands and priorities concurrently.
- Familiarity with dashboards, follow-up protocols, and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ownership and consistent follow-through.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory; English language skills are advantageous.
