Job description
About the Role
We are looking to hire an Account Manager in Kuwait for a newly launched offers and discounts application targeting the restaurant, cafe, and retail sectors. This position requires a full-time, on-site commitment in Fahaheel, Ahmadi.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively approaching and onboarding new merchant partners from the food, beverage, and retail industries.
- Building and maintaining daily operational relationships with current merchants to ensure their continued engagement.
- Following up on merchant concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and driving partner satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and operational success.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in account management, merchant relationship management, or field sales in Kuwait.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English for effective communication.
- Confident, well-organized individual with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Residency or based in Kuwait is essential.
