Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint available opportunities.
- Establish and expand a loyal customer base as the foundation for success.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to foster recommendations and strong partnerships.
- Organize face-to-face meetings to build trust and accurately assess customer needs.
- Collaborate by combining recruitment and sales efforts to find the best matches between candidates and clients.
- Act as the primary contact for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employees by managing services including direct placement and temporary employment at client sites.
- Develop a wide-reaching network through cooperation with colleagues, candidates, and customers.
Candidate Profile
- Genuine enthusiasm for sales activities.
- Openness to either utilizing existing sales skills or learning from scratch; career changers are welcome.
- A focus on personal drive and attitude over formal certifications, whether from university or vocational training.
- Strong communication skills combined with assertiveness and a passion for teamwork, which is highly valued here.
- Fluent German proficiency at C1 level.
- Valid driver's license class B.
