Role Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for guiding the regional team while driving marketing initiatives and sales growth within the local markets. This position demands leadership in fostering client relationships and steering solar projects from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive marketing efforts in local markets to generate business sales.
- Ensure the team consistently achieves monthly sales targets to support business expansion.
- Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key clients to meet and surpass their expectations.
- Formulate strategies to retain existing customers and grow service offerings aligned with current industry advancements.
- Lead solar energy projects through their entire lifecycle, guaranteeing quality and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain expertise in the solar industry to provide clients with expert advice and insights.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts skillfully, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a closely related discipline.
- Between 3 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
- Track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
- Previous experience managing customer relationships, particularly in photovoltaic or renewable energy domains.
- Robust understanding of solar technology, project management principles, and customer service best practices.
