Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end placement drives for assigned recruiter accounts, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are consistently upheld.
• Coordinate placement logistics including interview schedules, assessments, and candidate lists.
• Serve as the main communication point with recruiters throughout the placement cycle.
• Collaborate closely with student-facing and operational teams to prepare and engage students effectively.
• Monitor and analyze data such as interview conversion rates and recruiter feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain recruiter relationships by delivering consistent results and fostering trust.
• Continuously optimize processes to enhance efficiency and prevent issues that could damage trust.
• Leverage software tools and automation to streamline placement workflows and minimize manual effort.
• Work alongside the product team to implement innovative platform features that improve operations.

Expected Monthly Outcomes

• Month 1: Learn all current placement processes, assist in several drives, and begin managing interactions with recruiters and students.
• Month 2: Independently manage several recruiter accounts ensuring over 90% student participation and respond to queries within 24 hours while identifying process gaps.
• Month 3+: Implement process improvements, sustain high recruiter and student satisfaction, and lead at least one automation project.

Who Should Apply

Candidates with 0-2 years’ experience in process management, operations, customer-facing roles, or relationship management are ideal. Prior experience managing placement or career services in educational settings is advantageous.
