Role Summary
As a Service Cloud Account Executive, your mission will be to partner strategically with commercial and enterprise clients across New Zealand. You will address their service and contact center challenges by leveraging Salesforce’s comprehensive solutions, including the autonomous AI platform Agentforce. The role involves managing both existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for Service Cloud across a mixed commercial and enterprise portfolio in New Zealand.
- Act as a trusted advisor by gaining an in-depth understanding of clients’ customer service and experience needs.
- Fuel revenue growth by expanding relationships within current accounts and securing new customers across all segments.
- Promote AI-enhanced service innovations, especially Agentforce, that reshape customer support operations.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, discovery, crafting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Surpass annual sales targets using a consultative and outcome-focused approach, tailored to varying deal sizes and complexities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum five years of experience selling technology products, preferably in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Field Service, or Customer Experience sectors.
- Proven history of consistently exceeding quotas in mid-market or enterprise account sales.
- Strong consultative sales expertise encompassing needs discovery, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Experience with SaaS and broader software sales environments.
- Capability to handle diverse pipelines, from quick commercial transactions to intricate, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce products is an advantage.
