  • Acquire deep knowledge of Pebl's platform, the ANZ employment environment, and key compliance and HR regulations including Fair Work Act requirements, superannuation, and complexities related to cross-border employment.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams across Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to maximize impact and ensure excellent client engagement across the ANZ and APAC time zones.
  • Convey client insights and regional market trends to influence Pebl's go-to-market strategies and maintain competitive advantage in the Australian and broader regional markets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in B2B SaaS or Employer of Record (EOR) sales, preferably within mid-market or commercial sectors with a proven record of quota accomplishment.
  • Residency or valid work authorization to work in Australia, specifically in Melbourne or Sydney.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets with measurable outcomes.
  • A consultative and strategic sales approach prioritizing diagnosis of client needs and delivering long-term value solutions.
  • Excellent business judgment and ability to simplify complex global employment topics into persuasive client offerings.
  • Comfortable working within diverse cultural and regional contexts, particularly across ANZ and Asia-Pacific.
  • A resilient, accountable mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles and take ownership of results.
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 20% to cultivate client relationships.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, although demonstrated success and impact are the primary considerations.
