Job Overview
Join Conrad Dublin, part of Hilton's Luxury Division, as an Accommodation Manager. In this role, you will oversee all daily housekeeping functions, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional hospitality marked by memorable stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the housekeeping department by managing operations including system oversight, budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and enforcing policies.
- Maintain top-tier cleanliness and quality in guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, and event spaces.
- Collaborate with Property Operations and other teams on renovations and capital improvements to enhance the hotel’s facilities.
- Drive team engagement and retention through performance reviews, career development opportunities, and employee recognition.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, focusing particularly on the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
