Role Overview

We are seeking an Accommodation Assistant committed to maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards within our bedrooms and public spaces. This position reports directly to the Accommodation Manager and is integral to delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and suites are cleaned meticulously to uphold high standards.
• Attend to the cleanliness of public areas as designated.
• Identify and communicate any maintenance problems promptly.
• Extend a warm welcome to all hotel guests.
• Support additional departments and tasks as required.

Skills & Experience

• Basic conversational English proficiency is necessary.
• Previous experience in hotel accommodation roles is advantageous.
• Possess a cooperative spirit with a positive mindset.
• Availability and flexibility to work varied shifts, covering up to five days in a seven-day week.
