Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a firm, confident, and authoritative Academic Supervisor to oversee student conduct and uphold a disciplined academic atmosphere in our coaching centre located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This full-time role requires vigilance and consistent enforcement of the centre's rules to ensure an environment conducive to focused learning.
Key Duties
- Monitor students throughout the premises vigilantly.
- Ensure punctuality, regular attendance, and adherence to institute policies.
- Maintain orderliness inside and around classrooms by preventing disruptions and unnecessary movements.
- Supervise compliance with rules, including restrictions on mobile phone usage and other prohibitions.
- Conduct frequent patrols of classrooms and common areas to oversee student behaviour.
- Address disciplinary matters promptly and professionally.
- Document daily discipline and incident records diligently.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and the Centre Head to manage recurring infractions.
- Enforce the Centre Code of Conduct among all students.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a strict, firm, and authoritative demeanor.
- Comfortable managing adolescent students and assertive in enforcing discipline.
- Alert, organized, physically active, and able to maintain composure during challenging situations.
- Consistently fair and impartial when applying rules.
- Willing to take responsibility for behaviour management and control within the centre.

Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000, based on experience.
