Academic Counsellor (Telesales)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Academic Counsellor specializing in telesales to join our team remotely. The position focuses on engaging with students, identifying their educational aspirations, and advising them on suitable online course offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective students using provided lead lists.
• Assess learners' academic objectives to suggest relevant online courses.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of courses to convert leads into confirmed enrollments.
• Perform consistent follow-ups to nurture potential student interest.
• Meet set monthly sales targets contributing to team success.
• Document all interactions and conversions accurately.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Any level of graduate education, including undergraduates and postgraduates, with strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in telesales or counseling is preferred, with a minimum of three months recommended.
• Ability to thrive in a target-oriented work environment.
• Possession of an Android smartphone, reliable internet access, and a quiet space for work.
