3PL Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365

About the Role

This position requires specialized knowledge in 3PL (Third Party Logistics) Dynamics 365 solutions tailored for the logistics sector. The consultant will focus on analyzing business processes, configuring products, facilitating user training, and providing support after implementation.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational processes to identify needs and improvements.
• Configure and implement 3PL Dynamics vertical solutions aligned to logistics industry requirements.
• Deliver comprehensive user training both before and after the system goes live.
• Support end-users post go-live, addressing issues and ensuring smooth adoption.
• Consult on business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Perform detailed business requirements analysis and documentation.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Educational background in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or MBA with specialization in Operations/Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of five years’ experience working with MS Dynamics 365 in logistics contexts.
• Proven expertise with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Freight Management Systems (FMS), and Transport Management Systems (TMS).

Key Skills

• MS Dynamics 365 platform expertise.
• Strong understanding of 3PL processes and systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of Warehouse, Freight, and Transport Management Systems.
• Business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• User training and post-deployment support.
