3D Compositor

Position Overview

As a 3D Compositor at Pompee VFX Animation Studios, you will merge 3D renders, live footage, and other visual components to produce the final cinematic shots. You will ensure that lighting, color grading, and visual effects blend naturally.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate 3D rendered images with live action and other visual elements into polished final shots.
• Maintain seamless harmony of lighting, color tones, and effects throughout the sequences.
• Collaborate closely with 3D modeling, animation, and visual effects teams to finalize visual scenes.
• Identify and resolve any rendering problems, align shots consistently, and uphold quality across projects.
• Deliver refined, production-standard compositions that meet project deadlines.
• Design top-tier motion graphics tailored for films, commercials, and online media.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects focusing on compositing and motion graphics.
• Working familiarity with compositing platforms such as Nuke, After Effects, or Fusion.
• Solid understanding of 3D render passes, layered compositions, and render element breakdowns.
• Excellent attention to detail, color accuracy, and commitment to realistic visuals.
• Ability to collaborate well within a team environment and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Ideal candidates will have between one to three years of relevant industry experience.
