Job description
Position Overview
STARK is currently hiring an experienced Lift Truck Operator to work during the second shift at our Calhoun, GA facility. This role involves efficiently operating a pole lift truck to retrieve carpet rolls from the warehouse and deliver them to designated cutting tables.
Work Schedule
The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with hours from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
Compensation and Incentives
This is a full-time opportunity, and candidates may be eligible for a hiring and retention bonus of up to $1,000 within their first year. Further bonus details will be provided during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve carpet rolls within the warehouse.
- Transport carpet rolls to their assigned cutting tables.
- Replace cords in carpet rolls as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the forklift and related equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
