Program Overview

Areas of Experience
- Frontline Services: Assist Australians by managing tax and superannuation inquiries, offering support and maintaining accurate records.
- Administration: Contribute to operational tasks such as record-keeping, engaging with stakeholders, document preparation, and reporting.
- Information Technology: Deliver technical assistance, participate in digital initiatives, and help provide modern services to the public.

Upon Program Completion
- Promotion to the APS 2 level within the ATO.
- Salary advancement to $66,274 per year plus 15.4% superannuation.
- Potential to earn up to $73,452 annually plus 15.4% superannuation as an APS 2 Officer.
- Certification attainment of Certificate III in IT or Business.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be Australian citizens who completed Year 12 in 2025 or 2026. Successful applicants are also required to pass pre-employment integrity assessments, including background and residency checks. Positions are located in Adelaide, Albury, Canberra, Melbourne, and Perth.
