About the Role

Mada Solutions Plus is looking to hire two qualified individuals specializing in accounting, finance, or taxation. You'll become part of a dedicated finance team serving an international client, collaborating closely with them daily. This role demands managing a portfolio of accounting files requiring precision, independence, and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual closing processes including balance sheet preparation and variance analysis.
• Record adjusting entries such as accrued items and invoices to be received or paid.
• Perform reconciliations of intercompany accounts.
• Prepare and submit tax declarations within required deadlines.
• Detect operational discrepancies and recommend corrective measures.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years' experience in general accounting.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full accounting cycle.
• Proficient with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Professional fluency in French and English to communicate regularly with the client.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage stress during closing periods.
