Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Utility/Floor Technician for a premier educational facility. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday with shift hours ranging from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean staircases and restrooms including deep cleaning tasks
• Use steam cleaning methods for carpets
• Strip floors using appropriate machinery and apply wax coatings with buffing techniques
• Seal floors and deep clean painted flooring using necessary chemicals and degreasers
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the buildings by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning various surfaces
• Collect and dispose of trash efficiently
• Safely move heavy equipment and furniture as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in floor care is essential
• Strong physical fitness, stamina, and dexterity are required
• Capability to identify safety risks and communicate effectively with staff
• Reliable transportation to and from work
