Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated full-time Food Production Mixer Associates to work an 8-hour shift from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role involves operating mixing machinery, accurately measuring ingredients, and maintaining detailed lot sheet documentation. The position requires collaboration with Line Leads, Quality Assurance personnel, and management to ensure smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate food production mixing machines efficiently and safely.
• Measure and prepare ingredients according to specifications.
• Complete and maintain accurate lot sheets for inventory and quality tracking.
• Clean and maintain all food production equipment as well as adjoining areas such as the Production area, Oven Room, and Kitchen.
• Follow instructions and directions from Line Lead, QA, and management staff.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift objects up to 55 pounds.
• Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Standing and walking continuously for the full 8-hour shift.
