At Alltru, our Member Experience Specialist plays an instrumental role in delivering on our mission to our members: Save you money. Make you money. Save you time. That’s why we exist. Being a Member Experience Representative (Teller) at Alltru is more than just banking transactions; its building relationships founded on service, integrity, and trust. This is achieved by providing outstanding service to all credit union and community members, volunteers and employees. A key component of this service is to identify the financial needs of the member and recommend an appropriate credit union solution.
The Member Experience Representative Lead’s primary responsibility is to cultivate a team environment, lead by example, and train, support and coach the branch Teller team.
As a Member Experience Representative Lead, the ideal candidate has:
- A high school diploma
- Minimum six (6) months of proven cash handling/teller and customer service experience (bank or credit union environment preferred)
- Experience serving in a lead role (preferred)
- Passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Desire to collaborate and preference to work in a team environment
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet
