The Territory Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s presence within the West Coast territory.

This company manufactures and sells high-tech electronics/control devices/power systems for the defense and aerospace industry.

Their key responsibilities include:

• Build West-Coast business by Identifying prospects and converting them into clients.
• Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the region. Maintain existing business while actively pursuing profitable new opportunities.
• Establish and nurture lasting relationships with key accounts and potential clients.
• Actively contribute to achieving bookings targets.
• The Territory Sales Executive reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, collaborating closely to drive results and enhance market presence.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• BS degree or higher (technical/engineering degree strongly preferred.)
• Proficient in using MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation and documentation skills.
• Industry agnostic, but regulated industries preferred (aerospace, medical device, automotive, etc.)
• Leadership: Exhibits strategic leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for business purposes.
• Able to work onsite in Buena Park, CA (Northern Orange County).
