Clerical Assistant Highbridge Houses Bronx

Join the Best Care Team as a Bilingual (English/Spanish ) Clerical Assistant. In this role your will assist staff and clients. The ideal candidate will be a thorough professional with strong customer service, organization and bilingual communication abilities. This is a Full Time M-F position located in the Highbridge area of the Bronx.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors upon arrival.
• Screen and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist with recruitment efforts through outbound phone calls.
• Track recruitment efforts using Excel
• Clerical responsibilities include faxing, typing, filing, and requisitioning/dispensing of office supplies.
• Ensures initial client intake charts are available at all times for auditing purposes.
• Maintains confidentiality of all client and personnel records.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 1 year of clerical / general office experience using Outlook, Word, Excel
• Ability to lift 25 Lbs.
