RF Application Engineer

An established manufacturing company in Mesa is looking to add an RF Application Engineer to their team.

This manufacturer is a leader in designing and manufacturing high-quality and high-performance RF cables, assemblies, connectors, and custom solutions for military, aerospace, and space applications.

RF Application Engineer Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to identify needs and provide technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Development Manager and Program Managers to provide technical support.
• Act as a technical support liaison between design team, engineers, Business Development Manager, and customers.
• Provide on-site product support and/or training to customers as well as present technology concepts.
• Review drawings, measurements, and calibration and revise as necessary.
• You will be successful in this role if you have a background in product solutions within manufacturing.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible day shift hours.

• Travel 20-30% for tradeshows and/or meetings.

RF Application Engineer Qualifications

• Over 3+ years of application engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
• Direct experience working with customers.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually
