Administrative Office Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Office Assistant to become an integral part of our team. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including remote work opportunities on Saturdays. Join us in our mission to provide exceptional service and support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to emails and inquiries received via social media platforms.

Coordinate and schedule estimates efficiently.

Handle inbound telephone calls with professionalism and make outbound calls as necessary.

Prepare and send out estimates and invoices in a timely manner.

Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Maintain organized records and track the progress of ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.

Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute.

Previous experience in office administration or within a landscaping/drainage company is preferred.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Excellent organizational abilities to keep workflows streamlined and efficient.
