We are currently in search of a talented Marketing Assistant who possesses a knack for research, writing, and creative content development. In this role, you will be a vital support to our marketing, sales, and fulfillment teams, aiding in identifying marketing trends and growth opportunities, and crafting compelling marketing materials such as case studies and sales resources. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail, are imperative for success in this dynamic position.

Please note that the compensation for this position falls within the range of $40,000 to $45,000 annually.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Sales team to develop unique and high-quality sales resources, including sales decks, one-page documents, and e-books.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute and manage special projects, such as crafting case studies, project briefings, and webinar decks.

Support the graphic design and internal fulfillment teams in creating social media content and advertisements to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Conduct research, write, and edit blogs for our online company resource center.

Create and design monthly newsletters for both existing clients and potential customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Communications, English, Marketing, or related field.

1+ years of relevant work or internship experience in digital marketing.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey and synthesize information effectively.

Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing independent workload and tasks.

Strong strategic thinking skills with a knack for problem identification and resolution.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills (not Required)

Experience in SEO, WordPress, paid advertisement management, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.), video editing, or email marketing.
