Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PPMs) to ensure equipment efficiency.
• Promptly address and resolve machinery breakdowns to minimize downtime on site.
• Conduct detailed fault diagnosis on various machines to identify and rectify problems.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards while fostering a positive safety culture.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives with a direct impact on manufacturing processes.
• Installation and maintenance of single-phase and three-phase electrical motors.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours as required.
• Apply knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles in daily operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years professional experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
• Preferably trained through an apprenticeship program.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination.
• Experience working as a multi-skilled engineer capable of handling diverse maintenance tasks.
